Sheriff’s investigators were in Lompoc again today, still checking out every possibility in the baffling murder of two Lompoc sweethearts on a beach June 4.
Police across the state are on the watch for a youth called Sandy, wanted for questioning in the case. He has also been implicated by associates in the knifing death of a Lompoc man.
Blood-spattered rocks have been found near the place where Linda Edwards and Robert Domingos were shot. The rocks have been sent to a forensic chemist for analysis.
